Laurent Uhres, born 1973 in Luxembourg, moved to Warsaw in 2011. After more than a decade working in innovation and technology development, he decided to pursue his passion for books and founded Draft Publishing in 2012.

Anna Dominika Kamińska, born and bred in Warsaw, adventurer, photographer, translator, ex-expat. At the age of twenty she took a 'short' short trip to the South of England, which eventually turned into a six year stay. It was there that she became fascinated with visual arts and discovered her her passion storytelling, the combination of which led her to take up screenwriting.

Matthias Steinke, born 1963 in West-Berlin, is a connoisseur of world literature in the original sense of Goethe's definition of a literature that has been created out of a supranational, cosmopolitan spirit. Personally he considers reading a fundamental human need next to eating and housing. In fiction, his preferences lie in the contemporary Anglo-American, Hispanic and Arabic literatures, as well as the classics of the Western and Eastern canon. His non-fictional interests range from philosophy and psychology, through literary, economic and political sciences, to historical and religious studies. Currently he works as an international manager for a Chinese technology company.

Boguslaw Deptuła, art historian and critic, exhibition curator, dealer, author of numerous publications in the field of arts, literature and cuisine, graduated from the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw, receiving his MA at the Institute of Art History. For 20 years connected with Warsaw’s gallery Art of the Union of Polish Plastic Artists. For 14 years he worked as a critic in the weekly “Tygodnik Powszechny”. In the years 1996-2001, in the morning broadcast of the 2nd Programme of Polish Radio, he reviewed books and exhibitions. For many years contributor of TVP Kultura, where he hosted the daily programme “Informacje Kulturalne”. Currently, he can be seen on the air of this station in “Tygodnik Kulturalny”. Until recently, director of the visual arts section in “Dwutygodnik”, electronic cultural journal published by the National Audiovisual Institute, to which he still contributes. From 2011 chief editor of the monthly “Art & Business”.
